1. How does your factory control quality?
We are a Medium size factory, more than 15 quality staffs use CKP, PFMEA to manage our production process, we have made a lot of connectors, cables and wire harnesses for Automobiles, Boats and industries. All products are 100% tested before Delivery.
2. Is there any environmental risk on materials?
We are an ISO9001/ISO14001 certificated company, All our materials are RoHS 2.0 compliant, we select materials from big company and always be tested. Our products have exported to Europe and North America for more than 17 years,we can provide coc if needed.
3. How can I customize our products?
If you have drawings please send to us, if no drawings please send us photos or samples, then tell us your SPEC. For a wire harness we need to know the connector type, wire gauge, wire length and wire diagram.
4. Can you supply OEM & ODM service?
Yes. We have specialized in manufacturing high quality connectors, cables and wire harnesses for more than 10 years, we have a professional engineering team, OEM & ODM projects are warm welcome.
5. Can you provide samples for testing?
After price confirmation, you can require samples to test performance. Most of samples can be supplied by free (depends on the kinds and qty), but always need you pay for shipping cost.
6. What is your lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on order quantity and products complexity. Normal lead time is 3-6 weeks.
